Medici Land Governance is a public benefit company, promoting secure land tenure, economic development, and financial inclusion by helping people establish and protect formal ownership of homes and land.

Every jurisdiction records differently.
A national titling programme and a county recording office differ in scale, law, and workflow. They share one obligation: the record has to be right. We start with how the office works now — the forms, the statute, the backlog — and build to that, rather than asking the office to move to us.
That approach applies whether the work begins with a 16,281 km² aerial survey or with the documents arriving at a recording counter.
The instrument existed; the throughput did not.
