MLG designed and implemented a pilot for paperless land transfers with the Government of Rwanda.

Key authorizations and approvals are recorded on blockchain, making double sales, identity impersonation, and forged signatures easier to detect.

Transaction times fell from two to eight weeks to two to four days. Administrative costs also fell, while departments gained faster access to the same transaction information.
